Ask any recruiter and they will tell you the frustrations they have with how hiring managers behave. However, what if we had a tool that could lend some predictability to their behavior. I think with Tableau, we are certainly getting closer! For this dashboard I’ve taken data from previous work. (Names and dates have been changed for obvious reasons). This type of data is even more important in the agency environment where recruiters are rarely able to develop relationships with hiring managers.

Based on past data, what if we could ask the following questions?
1. Who are the hiring managers we’ve made at least 1 placement with? At least 2 placements with? 3 etc….?
2. Who are the hiring managers we’ve made the most placements with?
3. On average how many submittals does our team need to make to make a placement?

And so forth….lots of other questions can be queried just using the report…it just takes being curious
